I am only rating them 1 star because it will not let me choose 0. My fiance and I rented a unit here for a few months. First of all, the place is disgusting. There is literally trash sitting around as well as junk cars everywhere that look like they haven't moved in years. Also, the gate seems to only work whenever it decides to. People can't even get in sometimes. I can't tell you how many times I pulled in and someone was cursing at the gate because it wasn't opening for them, and this also happened to us several times. No one is ever at the office. I mean ever. I have never seen an employee, except for thr maintenance guy. We had our account on auto pay so we paid on time every month. Despite paying religiously, we still were screwed over. One day, my fiance went to the unit and our lock was not on it. A new lock was on it instead. My fiance was livid and called them. The lady he spoke to didn't even seem to think it was a big deal. She sent the maintenance guy to the unit, and when he got there he said that he saw the lock was gone, so he just put a new one on it. We were not even notified that the lock had been broken off or anything like that. The maintenance guy said that people get in and break locks all the time there, and he just replaces them with other locks. That makes absolutely no sense! If someone's lock is taken off, you should immediately notify the customer! You have no clue if soemthing was taken and as a customer we have a right to know that!! And putting a new lock on it that we have no key to is crazy! We moved everything out that same day, canceled our plan, and would NEVER go back or recommend it to anyone.

Danny did a great job with making the process as easy as possible as well as finding the right unit for me. He also gave me the best price available. He kept me on task without being too pushy.
