Shadia is an absolute gem. She is always there to support any questions or issues. She even answers my phone calls (when it’s been months of not communicating) with saying “hello Ali!” And a very kind, pleasurable woman to work with.Have had no problems with Accent Storage and they are most reasonably priced around (in my opinion), as well as gated.

Nice paved storage area. Good security system and after hours access. Some repairs needed ln parts of paved area. Only left because I moved into closed storage.

Been renting units here for several years. Was down to 1 small unit but now have an urgent need for a much larger one! Spoke with Rose on the phone and we were able to complete the transaction, contract and all, online while still on the phone. Hello, I wanted to leave this review for anyone who might be needing storage space. We chose Accent Storage because of the positive reviews online, and we are so glad we did!! Ellie was an ENORMOUS help with our account. She was very polite and made sure everything was taken care of, and every question was answered. The units themselves are very clean, and the location was very convenient. Also, the security available made us feel our belongings were always safe. We rented a climate controlled unit and an outside unit, and both were very clean. Renting them online was pretty straightforward and simple. If we ever need storage space again, we will most definitely use Accent Storage again. Thank you

We needed a storage unit because our apartment was running out of space. I called all around Johnson City to compare prices and Accent is, by far, the cheapest and best option.
I spoke with Shadia on my first call and was impressed by how knowledgeable and professional she is, but with a great sense of humor. She immediately sent me all the info, stuck with me while I filled it out and walked me through the access process when I arrived on-site.
