After some miscommunication, and a quick phone call ~ Danny was pleasant, patient and more than accommodating. He fixed all my concerns in a very short amount of time with a very positive attitude. If you don't mind that the security gate hasn't worked in three months or no power in your storage building for the same three months then rent here. I don't like to leave negative reviews, but this is necessary. I have called numerous times to let them know that the gate was not working and that there was no electricity in building"K". I had to have a flashlight to see inside my unit. Every time I called, I was told that they would send someone out. They never did fix the issues. Finally moved out last week. Very poor customer service.

I found the experience with signing up for the self storage unit very easy and convenient. I called to sign up and spoke with Danny who helped me through the process. He was helpful, courteous, and professional, while guiding me through the documentation and sign-up process. He was able to answer all my questions and talking with him was a very positive experience.
