Lowest recommendation possible! The new owners took over in spring 2025 and have completely destroyed this business. The gated security no longer functions. My storage unit has had an attempted break in. When I tried to deal with these issues directly with the new owner I got no response. I have reported these issues to the police and still no response from ownership. The lack of response is concerning, take your business elsewhere!

The new owner's suck because I ask them every month when I call I to pay about why our stuff is not secure since the gate has been broken since they took over. They say they are working on it. All I hear is pay m your monthly payment and screw you. We'll i bet after i pay my next payment i bet i go rent from somewhere that I know is safe.

This is a review for Shadia, who has been taking my payments over the phone for the last few months. when it's necessary to leave a phone message, she always gets back to me promptly. She's cheerful and helpful and a pleasure to work with. One of the things I love about her is talking with her on the phone. it's like there must be a smile on her face because there's a smile in her voice when she's speaking.
