I’ve had horrible experiences with Killen self storage. I’ve had this building since Feb. 2023. I live an hour away and several times I’ve tried to go to my unit to get stuff and was unable to get in, gate code was wrong, twice I went out there and the building door was locked and I couldn’t get in. December I contacted them about the roof leaking in there and they told me someone would come out to fix it, went back out there yesterday and the roof was not fixed and worst then it was and now enverything in there is ruined. I contacted them to let them know and they was very rude to me acting like it was my fault cause I didn’t change units but I was never given that option the first time I contacted them. These people do not know how to do business. Not worth the hassle!!! Posted a few pictures of the damage! Rent from someone else!!

When a family member passed away unexpectedly we needed to clear out storage units. Facility Manager, Shadia, returned my voicemail right away. She let me know the protocol for completing business and stayed in touch until we were able to finish. She was both professional and compassionate at a difficult time. Thank you so very much!
