Great experience, I was so afraid I was being scammed, but I needed storage building that day, did alittle research, but it's hard to find a storage facility, to get s unit on such short notice I know it was like the 5th one I called and most where leaving the facility early which meant I wouldn't be able to get it that day, so I took a shot at it, and did it basically over the phone and signed agreements and contracts online amd so far so good. I've put a few items in if I have any problems I'll update the lady on phone is helpful and the stay open later than most facilities. Ans can answer questions by text messages which I love

I've been renting here since Dec of last year. Shadia is so wonderful. There is never a time I've called and she isn't polite, and bubbly!!! She answers my questions with sincere honesty and never ever speaks disrespectfully. Shadia is very knowledgeable about her job and I believe she deserves to be recognized for her hard work.
